Then which alternative are you suggesting?

1. Implement the Adobe specification without providing any NOTICE to downstream users of a
potential patent claim, based on our own lack of "legitimate" confusion.

2. Don't implement the Adobe specification at all, thus denying ourselves whatever value there
may be in that technology.
