Hi Mohammad,
I see no reason for an SGA. The XmlHttpRequest library is *not* being donated to the ASF,
correct? And you won't be using XmlHttpRequest source code in Isis? XmlHttpRequest will now
be distributed under a dual-license (without restrictions). 

So, IMO Isis should start using the new binary, the Isis LICENSE file should be updated with
the XmlHttpRequest dual license, and the LICENSE file should note that Isis chooses the AL
v2 license. I'd think that is all that is needed.
