I believe the compilation downloaded from that link is under that license.

HOWEVER, the mail jar itself is under the CDDL license.   Category B. 

If you check the META-INF/LICENSE.txt in:

You see they are CDDL.    Even if you download the above javamail compilation zip and extract
it, the mail.jar in there has the CDDL license in it.

Thus, at best, the situation is muddy.  :-)
