Sortof - certainly for the classlibrary in parts, although I think  
that it's not as easy as people think, as the Sun folks found out when  
trying to patch the holes in OpenJDK for code that they couldn't "de- 
encumber".

Remember, there's also a VM there - so that was a worry as well...
