 Just as afollow-up to an thing from 6 months back. I've finally
 succeeded in getting a custom built Ubuntu 7.10 live CD going with
 Jmeter and Java 1.6.0. Does "Jmeter" have any issues with the
 distribution of it's binary distro on such a medium? Since this is a
 special release for performance testers I don't think the uptake will be
 that huge. What about the Jmeter name and logo? Can I use that on the
 desktop and the name of the distro and such?
