... and that the plugin is "optional" functionality.  The rest of
ServiceMix runs just fine without it.  I think that's an important
point when talking about LGPL dependencies.

"major grey area"?  The current draft already covers this scenario,
albeit perhaps not in as clear terms as we would all like.
