Why don't you create sub directories for each TCK based on version along with README files,
etc?  That also makes checking out a bit easier too.

I wouldn't make a huge dumping ground for TCKs... bust em up in the following fashion by directory:

TCK/TCK Type (ie.e JAVAEE6)/Version

Just my .02.
