Subject [jira] [Commented] (INFRA-12217) Confluence updates not reflected on website

Claus Ibsen commented on INFRA-12217:

A number of Apache projects rely on this as they use confluence wiki as their website. Such
as ActiveMQ, Camel does that. It has been working like this for 9 years.

Afaik there is some background process / cron job or whatever that triggers if there is no
website cache file. And if no cache file it generates the website. eg that is why we delete
the cache file from svn using:

To do this, you have to remove the main.pageCache file in the content/cache sub directory:
execute: svn rm https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/websites/production/camel/content/cache/main.pageCache

And then later that job re-genrates the website.

Maybe [~dkulp] knows more?

> We have made changes to the Apache Camel space in Confluence over the last couple of
days, but none of the changes are reflected on the Camel website http://camel.apache.org.
Are you aware of any Confluence to HTML update issues?
