Daniel Takamori commented on INFRA-11644:

While we could provide an account, how would the account details remain private if they were
to live on the Jenkins slaves? The major issue here is how to create and use the account
on public machines without revealing the credentials to all users with access, ie all other
Jenkins builds.

> At Beam, we would like to setup a mergebot system which can merge PullRequests when they
have been reviewed (with a trigger keyword like LGTM).
> Instead of using a personal account to do the merge, we would like to use a "technical"
> Is it possible to create such kind of account (for instance {{beam-mergebot}}) ?
