Christopher Tubbs commented on INFRA-11513:
-------------------------------------------

Yes, please. I think it could be confusing to devs familiar with the CMS process, who are
still getting used to the transition. Of course, we'll update our docs, regardless, but it's
probably better if it's gone.

Out of curiosity, is it possible (or even a good idea?) to have the accumulo.staging.apache.org
redirect to the main site, or to http://apache.github.io/accumulo ?

> Key: INFRA-11513
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-11513
> Project: Infrastructure

> Components: CMS, Subversion

> Accumulo's website was migrated to git (INFRA-11437) and is working great!
> However, there's a few trivial cleanup tasks left, which might confuse contributors who've
forgotten about the migration to git or which might be wasting ASF CI resources.
> * cms.apache.org still lists accumulo as one of its projects
> * buildbot is still trying to build accumulo-site-staging
> * now empty svn directory https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/accumulo/site cannot be deleted
