Subject [jira] [Commented] (INFRA-10942) Moving Cassandra wiki to confluence

Sylvain Lebresne commented on INFRA-10942:

Hi Gavin. I wanted to mention that we decided that we'll use the migration to re-organize
our wiki, so we're fine not migrating the old pages (we'll just migrate them somewhat manually,
which will be good enough as we don't have _that much_ content).

What I'd like to understand to move forward though is:
1) What you meant exactly by "We can just use test spaces in the current confluence wiki"?
Does that have consequences/limitations we should be aware of?
2) Since there is still the remnant of our very first wiki at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CSDR/,
can't we just get back access to that (that is, it's old enough that I'm not sure who still
has edit access on that, I sure don't)? And if we can, can you grant me edit access?
3) How does edit access restrictions work with confluence? Would we have to open a ticket
with INFRA when we want to give edit access to someone, or is there a simpler way?
