Shane Curcuru commented on INFRA-10500:
---------------------------------------

With whatever cool new mail archive infrastructure we move to, it would be nice to still allow
members scp or similar access to the whole of the underlying mboxes (or occasional direct
read access to whatever the underlying storage is).

Thanks, infra peeps!

> Project: Infrastructure

> PRIORITY: LOW
> Please create a VM named "mbox" (under whatever DNS naming scheme is used for VMs).
> * sudo access for 'gstein'
> * whatever OS is "standard" under the puppet system to enable easy re-deploy of the VM
> * initial packages needed: mutt, jed, rsync
> * CPU and I/O capacity: unspecified/low
> * Disk space: 40G for now (initial mbox load is about 33G)
> Also, please provide a pointer (via this issue or via email) to the puppet config(s)
location that I can edit to construct the VM. (I'm assuming in the infra svn repo, and that
I already have r/w perms)
> Thanks!
