Daniel Gruno resolved INFRA-10777.
----------------------------------
    Resolution: Won't Fix
      Assignee: Daniel Gruno

After deliberation, we have decided not to support this in Infrastructure.
Volunteers may, if they so desire, build a new version of this, but we will not be putting
any concerted effort into this service.

> The people.apache.org site uses the Google Map API to display locations of committers
on a map.
> This uses a key, however this only supports v2 of the API which is no longer supported
(though it does seem to work for now).
> If the mapping is to continue, a new key will be needed.
> Seems to me that this key should be managed as an ASF resource rather than tied to a
particular developer account.
> Can Infra please advise on the best way forward?
