Gavin, not sure where to go next with this.  Are you waiting for us? I think we're ready and
just need you to provide the proxy setup.

If we have a choice, our preferred URL would be https://tapestry.apache.org/hotels ... or
https://tapestry-vm.apache.org/hotels as a second choice.

Having both http and https URLs would be nice. The app is able to automatically jump from
http to https when visiting a page that needs SSL. You can see that at http://tapestry-vm.apache.org:8080/hotels/
now.  But if policy prevents this, we can live with it as 100% https.

We also have a second app that we'll want to deploy to the same infrastructure. Its servlet
context would be /components and it also has password authentication. I assume I need to submit
a separate request for that, but I wanted to give you some advanced warning in case you prefer
to do both at the same time.
