Subject [jira] [Created] (INFRA-10653) The Jira plugin in Confluence does not relate usernames when they are different

Jacques Le Roux created INFRA-10653:
---------------------------------------

Summary: The Jira plugin in Confluence does not relate usernames when they are
different
                 Key: INFRA-10653
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-10653
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Jacques Le Roux

When you enter a Jira issue URL in Confluence, the Jira plugin automatically transforms it
into something more clear with the issue title and a clarified link.

That's great as long as you have the same username in both sides. Else you get an error saying
the username is unknown.

There is an example of this at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/A+New+Application+Framework+Design?focusedCommentId=61325349#comment-61325265

Could we have something covering this issue (a service to relate the usernames? Seems uneasy
w/o a central LDAP?)
