Hi Tony - thanks for this.

So, absolutely, the workflow is totally correct and reflects the one I filed (thanks for creating
it!).

This however, leaves the buttons at the top of the Issue (eg, in Accepted state: Stop Progress
/ Workflow) which offer transitions that are "illegal" (in fact, if I hit the "Stop Progress"
or from "Workflow --> Reviewable" I get an error dialog telling me I can't do that).

See MESOS-2939 which I created just for testing purposes - feel free to mess around with it.

I haven't tested this, but I'm guessing that also in other states the transition choices may
be out-of-sync with the current workflow.

A quick search, yield this page:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Workflow#ConfiguringWorkflow-Renamingworkflowtransitionbuttons

So, I'm wondering whether it would be possible to have the workflow buttons re-configured
in a way that reflects our current workflow.

As mentioned, I'm happy to help out / do it myself, however, I'm keenly aware that I may mess
stuff with the rest of all other Apache projects, so a certain amount of hand-holding may
be required :)

Thanks!
