Kurt Miller commented on INFRA-9753:
------------------------------------

I'm sorry for the lack of clarity in my original report. I am also an OpenBSD developer and
have an email account kurt@openbsd.org. Sending email from truk@apache.org to kurt@openbsd.org
fails. I contacted the email administrator for openbsd.org again (which uses SORBS) and he
has confirmed that the IP address that apache.org is sending from is 140.211.11.3 (not mail-relay.apache.org
- 140.211.11.15). Here is the log message of the rejected connection attempt on the openbsd.org
mail servert:

"The connections are coming from 140.211.11.3. E.g.

Jun  2 09:03:56 shear spamd[4685]: (BLACK) 140.211.11.3: <truk@apache.org> -> <kurt@openbsd.org>"

It appears that apache.org is sending outgoing messages from 140.211.11.3 which is in SORBS.

Also follows is the original final failure message from apache.org. Please let me know if
there is additional information I can provide to help resolve or clarify the problem.

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at apache.org.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

<kurt@openbsd.org>:
Connected to 192.43.244.163 but connection died. Possible duplicate! (#4.4.2)
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.
