Subject [jira] [Created] (INFRA-9620) Jira-wiki integration does not seem to work
Date Thu, 07 May 2015 21:10:59 GMT
Joel Koshy created INFRA-9620:

Summary: Jira-wiki integration does not seem to work
                 Key: INFRA-9620
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-9620
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Confluence, JIRA
            Reporter: Joel Koshy

I need to use the jiraissues macro from a confluence wiki page in the Kafka project.

I was able to add an application link from our confluence wiki space tools, but I don't see
any way to add application links in the KAFKA jira administration page. My understanding is
that an application link is needed in both directions.

I'm looking at the following documentation:

I was told in INFRA-9452 that this was already supported and that I should be able to use

However, I had no luck in using this on a wiki. When I try to insert a jira macro in the
wiki to a filter (https://issues.apache.org/jira/sr/jira.issueviews:searchrequest-xml/12327851/SearchRequest-12327851.xml?tempMax=100)
I get this:
The URL filter is not available to you, perhaps it has been deleted or had its permissions

And if I try to enter a search filter directly it gives me a 404.

Would you be able to help look into this? I'm trying to set up a review-queue wiki to help
make sure patches that the community submits receive enough visibility and get reviewed in
a timely manner.

I'm using this page to test: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/Whiteboard
