Mark Thomas commented on INFRA-9059:

Yes it is possible, but it requires a JIra restart which isn't going to happen just for this.

Also the limit was set to 100 to reduce load on the server and improve response times for
all users. There is a risk that raising the limit has a negative performance impact.

The REST API already includes the necessary features for a client to obtain more results that
the limit by requesting the results in chunks. See this page for details:

I'm tempted to resolve this as WONTFIX and place the burden on the Maven changes plugin to
use the API correctly and request results in chunks if it needs more than the limit.

> Commons VFS would like to create a list of the JIRA issues that were solved for the upcoming
> However there are just over 140 of these, and there appears to be a limit of 100 that
can be returned by the API used by the Maven changes plugi,
> This seems rather low; would it be possible to increase it slightly?
> Note that the GUI is able to return more than 100 results.
