Gavin updated INFRA-8684:
    Status: Waiting for user  (was: Waiting for Infra)


So by default, dist repos is limited to PMC members.

I see 2 ways out of this.

1> PMC adds you to PMC
2> PMC asks that all committers be able to commit to dist.
