Emmanuel Lecharny commented on INFRA-8470:
------------------------------------------

Chris,

I checked the existing issues in our cloud JIRA, and all of them have been filled either by
Shawn or by me. That means they are mainly developpers JIRA, not users one.

We are currently discussing about starting from a blank JIRA project at the ASF, with no import
at all. That would put way less work on your side, and will allow us to move forward quickly.

A question here : would it be possible to have the empty project created right away, for us
to decide later this week if we want to import the data (and do that later) or start from
a blank project (and start using it immediately) ? Does it have an impact on a potential (and
questionnable) migration if we create the empty project now ?

Many thanks !
