Sorry, if I wasn't clear.  For Apache HBase we have a sonar setup [1] , but I'd like to be
able to edit it to mark certain concerns it brings up as not a problem, and to take advantage
of the tool to burn down the debt it claims the project has.  My assumption is that to do
these edits, we need accounts so that tasks can be assigned or tracked on the system.
