That is the intention we have with the work we're doing on statuspage.io, which will replace
status.a.o, and provide detailed accounts of what's going on.
I'll look into coupling the infrabot twitter feed to the page!

And yes, when something goes sour, the user is redirected to Sad Feather instead of a raw
500 message that many people might not understand, or leads them to believe we don't know
about it (which we naturally do)
