at last I can catch up with this issue again. I could verify in my case the Return-Path is
different: it's my address at apache.org when sending messages from my MUA (Thuderbird) and
it gets set as massimo.manghi@gmail.com when messages are sent from my gmail account. I presume
this gives a reason for the issue, but gmail allows users to customize Reply-To headers, apparently
there is no easy way to set the Return-Path line

are sent to the moderator for approval. This started about one year ago and before the problem
started to occur this subscriber was able to sent messages to the list.  This is a sample
