Hmm, this setting does not actually appear to do what the CWIKI page implied it would do --
the commits@lucene list just got a daily summary of all edits to all spaces in confluence,
and all newly created users, instead of just a summary of the one space the lucene_pmc_notification_role
role is watching (SOLR) 

(I've changed that setting to "no")
