Subject [jira] [Created] (INFRA-6272) cannot ssh to people.apache.org
Date Tue, 14 May 2013 06:53:16 GMT
Matt Foley created INFRA-6272:

             Summary: cannot ssh to people.apache.org
                 Key: INFRA-6272
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6272
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Task
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
            Reporter: Matt Foley

Sorry to bother you. I'm trying to make a release of Hadoop 1.2.0, and I'm having trouble
logging into people.apache.org.

It is likely I tried too many times to ssh in without my user name (stupid tonight, kept trying
different passwords instead of realizing what I was doing wrong) and got my computer blacklisted
or something.

If that's the problem, can you please undo it; or if something else is wrong tell me?

I'm trying to do
    ssh mattf@people.apache.org
and it just blocks with no response. Thanks.
