Hi George,

is "/mirror/apache" the full path to your mirror tree?
% ls -l /mirror/apache
% ls -l /mirror/apache/

Just to make sure ; did you restart your httpd?
Are you sure the config is included in the config ?
A crude way to test is to add an obvious error and do a
% apachectl configtest
