Thanks for the information!  That's very helpful.  If you could point me towards any moderator
documentation or instructions, I'd be happy to read them.  The only thing I've seen is the
reply from sending to <list>-help, and it didn't mention the existence of the allow
list.

Now that I know what I'm looking for, I see that my question on how to allow Jenkins access
is answered on http://wiki.apache.org/general/Jenkins, so I apologize for bothering you needlessly.
