Subject [jira] [Commented] (INFRA-5752) OpenEJB -> TomEE rename svn

David Blevins commented on INFRA-5752:
--------------------------------------

Small issue, the first three links don't work - https://cms.apache.org/tomee/

I suspect this is related to a CMS tweak Joe was nice enough to do for us that allowed edits
that came in for either http://tomee.apache.org or http://openejb.apache.org to go to the
right place. I suspect we still need this hack, but will need it now in the reverse direction.

--

On /repos/asf/openejb, a redirect would be excellent. Didn't even know that was an option.
Thanks!

--

On /openejb-tck, sure a rename there would be great.

--

On the 301 http://openejb.a.o -> http://tomee.a.o redirect, not exactly sure how that might
affect things like Google search ranks and Analytics. Maybe best if we file a separate JIRA
for that one if we decide we need it.

> Would be nice to have http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tomee/
> Open to ideas on how we handle http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openejb/. Seems we could
do an svn mv, then add a dir with a text file that says "look here". Or an svn copy then
make the openejb tree read-only. Whatever infra thinks is best is fine.
