thanks for that link, but i would point out that in the "what we have changed?" section, it
does not say that membership in jira-administrators will no longer be granted to legitimate
jira project administrators; it also says that the problem was primarily due to the hacking
of a super-user's credentials; as such, it would seem that I, who do not have super-user access,
presents less risk than those members of the infra team that do have su access
