Two things are key:

1. If a project's download page refers to some mirrored artefact, all mirrors must deliver
that artefact, as www.aoache.org would.
2. The user experience, when /browsing/ the archive, should me more or less the same on all

1) is an absolute ; 2) is grey, as far as I'm concerned ; it is becoming less and less important
; browsing a software archive is something out of the '90s,
when icons and REAME.html was hip "FancyIndexing" isn't Fancy anymore ; it is dead.

At the moment I think I would like directory listings to show a link to the proper download
page ; explaining what is what.
