Yes, it would. But at the moment, the rating system serves no other purpose than "let's have
a rating system!".
Another option would be to control the ratings on a per-user level, which would mean that
only registered users could vote on comments.
Is that what y'all are looking for? I could implement that pretty fast, but I'll need some
feedback from people who have an _idea_ about this rating system and its purpose.
What should it be used for, which consequences should it have, and so on.
