Subject [jira] [Commented] (INFRA-4997) Please create an AdminGroup for wiki.apache.org/tcl
Date Tue, 03 Jul 2012 11:59:25 GMT

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4997?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13405827#comment-13405827

Ronnie Brunner commented on INFRA-4997:

Thanks bunches :-)

However, I think I already broke something: Went to the AdminGroup page to fix a typo in one
of the authors' name (my typo, not yours) and locked myself out somehow. I don't see the AdminGroup
page anymore although I'm still on there (at least the wikidiffs mail that sent me the changes
indicates that).
I "only" added two characters, at least that was the intention, I hope it's not the formatting.

Could you please quickly check and let me know what I did wrong?

> ---------------------------------------------------
> Key: INFRA-4997
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4997
> Project: Infrastructure
> Issue Type: Task
> Security Level: public(Regular issues)
> Components: MoinMoin
> Reporter: Ronnie Brunner
> We'd like to implement ACLs on the Tcl Wiki, but for that, we need a bootstrap. I assume
that in the future we can add/remove addtl. users to this AdminGroup independently of infra
(so we won't have to bother you anymore with stuff like that), correct?
> To set the group up initially, I propose to add the three main contributors so far:
> - MasimoManghi
> - DavidWelton
> - RonnieBrunner (me)
> Thank you very much. If anything of that doesn't make enough sense, please instruct on
how to better phrase the request. (The task is created in response to a hint to do so by sebbaz@gmail.com...)
