Juergen Schmidt commented on INFRA-4917:

Well practically it doesn't work, you can try it out by your own.

When I for example try to accept or reject the suggestion under https://translate.apache.org/de/OOo_34/sc/source/ui/dbgui.po/translate/?matchnames=hassuggestion
nothing happened. By the way I delete or modify the text in the edit field before I try to
accept the suggestion to make it more visible if the text is copied.

> The Pootle software has a feature where anonymous uses can make suggestion that can be
accepted/rejected by registered users later on.
> This feature doesn't work the Pootle instance running at Apache (translate-vm). Suggestions
can't be accepted.
> Normal workflow:
> 1. anonymous users make suggestions
> 2. registered user review and accept or reject it
> 3. in case of accept the string is copied in the edit field and can be submitted
