Well practically it doesn't work, you can try it out by your own. 

When I for example try to accept or reject the suggestion under https://translate.apache.org/de/OOo_34/sc/source/ui/dbgui.po/translate/?matchnames=hassuggestion
nothing happened. By the way I delete or modify the text in the edit field before I try to
accept the suggestion to make it more visible if the text is copied.
