Right now we are using ant and httpd in our classes. The git mirrors are no option at the
moment due to our current teaching topics.

I think the abuse was caused by trying to set up local mirrors of the projects mirroring
the svn repos using svnsync. I dont know how much is left to finish the sync task but
that might be a good way to set up local mirrors of those projects we need if you dont
