I have make some mistake. The IP for rsync should be .

And since the IPv4 incoming band width for us is in short supply, we usually
do mirror work from some bigger sites which has IPv6 address. Is this OK?

Whatever, I have changed the rsync source address to rsync.us.apache.org::apache-dist/
just now, and their should have at least one sync log from the IP above.
