Subject [jira] [Commented] (INFRA-4378) Jira issue is set to status=Resolved and resolution=Unresolved
Date Tue, 31 Jan 2012 13:10:11 GMT

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-4378?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13196897#comment-13196897

Paul Sharples commented on INFRA-4378:

I would but the only place I can see where I could do this is if I
select the issue and click "tools->bulk change". Going through the
screens I eventually see...

"N/A Transition Issues NOTE: You do not have permission to
perform a bulk transition on the selected 1 issues. "

So I dont appear to be able to reopen it.

> This issue is closed, but still appears in the "outstanding" filter, presumably because
the resolution is set to unresolved. Is there a way for me to set this to FIXED, so it doesn't
show up in the outstanding issues? I can't find anywhere i can update it.
> Many thanks.
