Graham Leggett reopened INFRA-4228:
-----------------------------------

I've given this some time to see if there was a mirroring delay, but there hasn't been a difference
- from where I am in the UK, the apr.eu.apache.org site is still very out of date.

Is there some mechanism that makes apr.eu.apache.org resolve to something else in other regions?

> The site at http://apr.eu.apache.org/download.cgi has not been mirrored for some time,
and lags well behind the canonical site at http://apr.apache.org/download.cgi.
> It looks like the mirroring between apr.eu.apache.org and apr.apache.org is currently
broken.
