Sorry, I missed this thread.  
We cannot support both deploys.  The Tomcat team will need to pick one or the other.

The reasons for this is keep the maven metadata in sync between the two repos and for consistency,
(there is not validation on people.a.o, so some releases could have source jars, others not,
etc)
