Add angosso to LocalBadContent of MoinMoin
------------------------------------------

                 Key: INFRA-3345
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-3345
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Task
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: MoinMoin
            Reporter: Konstantin Kolinko
            Priority: Trivial

Today there was a flood of spam edits of Tomcat pages at MoinMoin wiki. See:

http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/tomcat-dev/201101.mbox/%3C20110106235108.35320.8443@eosnew.apache.org%3E

http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/tomcat-dev/201101.mbox/%3C20110106235654.37866.60382@eosnew.apache.org%3E

http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/tomcat-dev/201101.mbox/%3C20110107001030.42018.81107@eosnew.apache.org%3E

It looks that the edits not only tried to introduce links to some "a*.net" site, but also
to inject just the single word "a*sso" in random places.

It is not the first time I see here spamming with this word. I hereby propose to add the word
"a*sso" (see the issue title) to the stop list at [1].

The [1] page at the "general" wiki says that it is shared by the whole MoinMoin wiki farm.
I do not have enough rights to edit it by myself.
