Could be hadrian looked in wiki and was able to assign the rights there.

But this is JIRA and they are not linked AFAIK.
We used to be able from within JIRA when pressing the "adminstrate" button be able to manage

James Strachan says he cant do this either, and now he cant even start up a new project, as
he used to be able to do.
