Clarify "mailing list moved" messages for HBase
-----------------------------------------------

                 Key: INFRA-2767
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2767
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Improvement
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: Mail (qmail), Mailing Lists
            Reporter: Todd Lipcon
            Priority: Minor

The hbase lists all moved recently since it became a TLP. The old subscribe addresses bounce
with this address:

<hbase-user-subscribe@hadoop.apache.org>:
This mailing list has moved to user at hbase.apache.org.

Would it be possible to change the error message to: "This mailing list has moved to user@hbase.apache.org.
To subscribe, please email user-subscribe@hbase.apache.org"? I've had several users become
confused by the format of the bounce, and the old address is floating around the net still
in various places (and old release artifacts)
