Yep.  But I still get:

chmod: /www/incubator.apache.org/shiro/site: Operation not permitted

I'm sure I can fix it if I delete it and remake the directory but should I?  Isn't this BSD,
the rock solid OS?  If I'm getting these errors isn't that an indication that somthing is
not quite right?  If I "make this problem go away" won't you have one less piece of evidence
in your investigation?

If you're not concerned then I won't be either.  :)
