Hoss Man commented on INFRA-2502:
---------------------------------

I have no specific knowledge of how/why/when some of Derby's hudson builds got tied to the
lucene zone, but i can easily imagine that it's just always been like that since back when
the only instance of hudson running was on the lucene zone (before hudson.zone was created,
or any of the other machines started running hudson slaves)

Since it's fairly easy to change which hudson node a project is tied to, it might just make
sense for Derby to move the builds currently tied to the lucene node so they are tied to minerva
(along with the other Derby builds) and/or request a derby specific zone that they can admin
directly

> Derby currently uses lucene.zones.apache.org to build its documentation.
> Due to the fact that there is no UTF-8 locale(s) installed on the machine / zone, some
character combinations get garbled (for some reason is transformed into ??) when
processing the source files. Using a UTF-8 locale fixes this issue.
> Is it possible to get for instance en_US.UTF-8 installed?
