that didnt have a jira->fisheye mapping. It worked well for a few weeks, so not sure that

> Fisheye plugin isn't working on main JIRA
> -----------------------------------------
> Key: INFRA-2169
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2169
> Project: Infrastructure
> Issue Type: Bug
> Security Level: public(Regular issues)
> Components: JIRA
> Reporter: Daniel Kulp
> Assignee: Gavin
> The Fisheye plugin in the main JIRA is throwing exceptions. This breaks usage of not
just the "fisheye" tab in all entries, but also the "all" tab. If I try to administer the
plugin to remove my project (CXF) from the Fisheye config, it throws and NoClassDefFound exception.
Thus, I cannot even remove the project. The error sounds like a jar is missing.
> One note: Fisheye IS working on the ActiveMQ jira. Thus, just checking the differences
in jars and such between the two may help narrow it down.
