For CXF, I'd like to make arrangements to mark JIRA entries that are blocked on problems entirely
outside of Apache. A workflow state might be clever, but just an additional boolean flag that
could be tested in a filter would be good.
I'm a PMC member, and I can administer some aspects of the CXF Project, but now, apparently,
the field inventory or the workflow. Can I have access to one of them?
