Create new Apache Camel TLP

The board has agreed to create the Apache Camel project.
To aid in the process, would the Infrastructure team please do the following:

Create unix group "camel"
Create new DNS entry "camel.apache.org" and configure into website server instance

users@camel.apache.org from camel-user@activemq.apache.org
dev@camel.apache.org from camel-dev@activemq.apache.org
commits@camel.apache.org from camel-commits@activemq.apache.org
private@camel.apache.org
notifications@camel.apache.org

[2] Source Tracker
(i) Subversion
Move the existing activemq/camel tree to TLP

[3] Initial Committer list
Actually, the asf-auth needs to be:
camel=janstey,chirino,rdavies,davsclaus,djencks,ningjiang,romkal,jlaskowski,ammulder,gnodet,nsandhu,bsnyder,jstrachan,wtam,gtully,gertv,hadrian
That list is the list of committers that acknowledged they wanted to be a part of Camel and
is the list from the board resolution.

[4] Add hadrian (PMC chair) to appropriate authorizations in auth file.
#=======================================
[5] Create "camel" directory in /www/www.apache.org/dist directory for publishing software.
