You must still be on the 'commits' list, I can see Confluence notifications in the archives.

Try sending an email to commits-unusbscribe@struts.apache.org (then reply to the confirmation
message.)

If you are also receiving unwanted JIRA notifications, send to issues-unsubscribe@struts.apache.org
to unsubscribe from that list.

(In April, we split the Struts development list into dev@struts.apache.org, issues@struts.apache.org
and commits@struts.apache.org.  At that time, anyone who was on dev@struts was added to the
other two lists.)
