Cannot access committer only svn repo (https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: INFRA-938
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-938
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: Subversion
            Reporter: David Illsley
            Priority: Minor

Hi,
I'm trying to access https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers as detailed in http://www.apache.org/dev/new-committers-guide.html
and when I do I get a 403 forbidden error. I can use svn with read/write access to the Axi2
repo, just not this one. Dump of attempted checkout below.
Apologies if this belongs somewhere else,
David
