I tried to attach, with a comment, but I don't see the comment here, nor the attachement.

After clicking "Attach" this page came back after about a minute:
  https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/AttachFile.jspa

and its contents were:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@apache.org and inform them of the time
